What is Aria?
Aria is the sourcing assistant included with HATCH Pro. It gives rule-based, step-by-step guidance — suggesting suppliers that fit your requirements, helping you decide which category suits you, and offering product ideas to explore.
Is Aria AI?
Aria is rule-based: it applies clear criteria such as category, MOQ, certifications and location to your inputs. It does not use a large language model.
Is Aria free?
No. Aria is part of HATCH Pro (₹2,000/month). Online checkout for HATCH Pro is coming soon. A free founder account still lets you browse HATCH-approved suppliers, save and compare them, message them, and post a sourcing request each month.
Does Aria use the live supplier directory?
Not yet. Aria is in preview and its supplier suggestions currently use sample data. To find real suppliers today, browse the HATCH directory.
Does HATCH charge commission on orders?
Never. HATCH charges zero commission on any order between a brand and a manufacturer. You deal with the manufacturer directly.
